Most of our products are made of Korean Jacquard.
How do I care for Elif’s UAE products?

They should be hand washed with cold water with no heavy detergent or dry cleaned only.

Can I make a order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account will make your order management easier. You can manage our order from there, save it to your wish list and save your address to process your order easier.
How do I use my voucher?

You can use any gift voucher by entering the voucher code on the gift box at the checkout page.
Can I Modify after it has been replaced?

If you would like to modify your order once it has been placed, please contact your customer service center.
What if my item is damaged or missing?

Return & Refund
What is elif’s UAE’s refund policy?

We offer refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit can be used towards any future -purchase on our website and has no expiration date.(Elif’s UAE)

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are effective.

You can return your item within 7 working days of delivery. We only accept returns of items unworn, with hang tags on, and in their original package the items were shipped with. We will issue a return within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the merchandise. The refund takes 5-7 business days to reach out to you. (New)
What is the exchange policy?

We are happy to offer exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.
